Refund Policy

Clear, simple terms for the $19.99 sourcing consultation — and how refunds work when you place a bulk order.

Consultation fee

A 30-minute one-on-one sourcing consultation costs $19.99, paid securely through Stripe when you book. The fee reserves dedicated time for business owners who are ready to move forward.

When the fee is refunded

Bulk order: the $19.99 consultation fee is fully refunded when you place a bulk order with PrimeAura Global. [Confirm with client: refunded to the original payment method, or credited against the order]
If we cancel: if we need to cancel your consultation and cannot find a new time that works for you, we refund the fee in full.

Rescheduling and cancellations

To reschedule, contact us at least [24] hours before your appointment and we will find a new time.

Sourcing services, samples and orders

Submitting a sourcing request is free. Supplier research, formal quotations, samples, production orders and shipping are separate services. Their scope, fees and refund terms are agreed with you in writing before any work begins.

How to request a refund

Email info@primechinasourcing.com with the name and date of your booking. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
